everything was simply fantastic. the venue was nicely decorated, i greatly enjoyed the stay and the location was good close enough to nature & relaxation, and a hike. the local staff were friendly. my a double room was nicely decorated with breakfast.

The service was outstanding, however some people working there were average.

The modern hotel has amazing rooms. The staff is very friendly. Outstanding food and alcoholic drinks are available. Fantastic facilities. Beautiful and magnificent location on the mountain in mid-December.

It has polite staff and excellent services. The triple room is light and has central heating, an individual safe and multi-channel TV. Food options are excellent.

I recently stayed at a hotel located in a beautiful pine forest area on the Igman mountain. The location was absolutely stunning, surrounded by nature and with relaxing chairs where you can unwind and take in the view. The staff were very friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The rooms were spacious and had a balcony, which was a lovely addition. The breakfast included in the room price was also excellent, with a wide variety of options to choose from. my experience at this hotel was fantastic and I would definitely recommend it to others.

The breakfast and dinner were yummy and those were a nice touch to the stay. The location was perfect with walking paths and skiing nearby, making it a great place to stay if you're looking to enjoy the outdoors. The rooms were spacious and clean, which we definitely appreciated.

We weren't happy with the spa. The pool was too cold to enjoy and there weren't enough beds for all guests.
